- Engineering Consulting to review existing operation and maintenance
- Develop operation and maintenance strategy (Mechanical & electrical)
- Implementation and Operation and Maintenance Strategy
- Hands on training of reliable maintenance team
Review FMG operation and maintenance system and develop tailored solution in bringing their systems up to Australian standards.
Develop root cause analyses (RCA) reports due to bad design and operational errors.
Develop and implement operation and maintenance strategy (Mechanical and electrical) – Reliability maintenance
Hands on training for reliability & planning team.
Manage Maintenance and planning department budget of
AU$31million per annum.
Handing over an improved operations and maintenance system to clients.
